Export of Printing Machines

Printing & Stuff

Well, we are dealing with used printing machines. Although sitting in Southampton, UK, our main purchasing base is Germany. Equipment comming out of Germany is usually far better in shape, maintained and looked after than that stuff from other European locations.  This convinces the end customer despite sometimes elevated prices. Especially customers in Sout America, buying from the US, are increasingly turning thier demands to Europe.

Doing well as brokers we try to get more involved as a buyer in order to enhance our profit rate. The machines are sold directly where they stand, as is, so transport and stocking costs will be zero.

Example: a 1989 Heidelberg SORMZ sold for € 30.000 renders a small commission of € 1.500.  Getting direcly involved would enhance the rate from € 1.500 to about € 5.000. So it is obvious, the latter will be the better option.

Terms always are full payment before dismantelling + transport thus eliminating the risk of non payment.

We are seeking € 50.000, divided into shares of € 5.000 with a quarterly return of 3%. On top there will be a special payment for the investor for each machine sold. This special payment ranges from € 50 to € 250 depending on the makeup. Hopefully this may result in a total rate per share of 12% to 25% annually.
